At Nestova, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

• Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method, as Cash on Delivery payments cannot be refunded in cash at the time of delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products caused by the customer

• Items without original packaging

• Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Nestova will arrange or cover the return shipping where applicable.

If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
